Its sliding translation mechanism simplifies the mold installation process and realizes rapid positioning and precise centering adjustment of the die. Based on the driving principle of the reduction motor, the die and the extrusion system are linked to rise and fall, which can flexibly adapt to different mold heights and blow molding process requirements. As a large-scale equipment, it is equipped with a double-envelope storage die. By optimizing the sealing structure, it ensures fast glue pressing and no backflow, which improves the uniformity of melt output by more than 30%.
